The Firm assists its customers in the European context, with reference to the sector of state aid in tax matters. The activity consists of supporting its customers out of court in the investigation procedures initiated by the European Commission, in judicial defence before the European courts (Court of First Instance and Court of Justice of the European Union), as well as in the judicial defence before the national courts in aid recovery proceedings.
