Dealing with them requires solid experience, constant and careful updating on domestic regulations and international sources, administrative practice, jurisprudential orientations, and doctrinal theses. This is essential, but it is not enough: the ability to use solid theoretical and cognitive bases to provide operational and concrete answers is equally necessary.<\/p>\n
